Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(i), FuckTubly has adopted and implements a policy for terminating the accounts of repeat copyright infringers: - First valid notice: warning and content removal - Second valid notice: temporary account suspension (7 days) - Third valid notice: permanent account termination We reserve the right to adapt this policy based on circumstances and to terminate an account upon the first notice in cases of flagrant violation.
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents a claim in a DMCA notification or counter-notification may be held liable for damages, including attorney's fees and costs. We reserve the right not to process notifications that are manifestly abusive or made in bad faith.
